The location (2 metro stops away from the city centre) was a nice respite from a day of sightseeing.
The hotel lacked personalised touches, and it was eerily quiet. The conceirge didn't go over and beyond the basics.
I loved the area because it wasn't in the thick of all the tourists, yet I was still able to walk everywhere and see all the attractions. There is a subway stop 3 min walk away as well. The hotel is super cute boutique style with a nice breakfast room and the guest rooms are nice sized, modern and comfortable.
The layout is a bit confusing and if you have an iPad you will not get wi-fi which was a bit of an issue.
Location is good (near metro and also Tuscolana train station). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very tidy, clean and quiet. The pictures at Booked.net / Cinemusic Hotel web page corresponded to reality. The balcony of deluxe room was big. Breakfast (bread, yoghurt, cereal, fruits etc.) was ok and breakfast room was nice.
Room was quite small. There were only three floors in the hotel so it wasn't actually a view over the city from the breakfast room or the roof terrace...
Friendly & helpful reception, there is also Greek receptionist, close to metro station Linea a and metro Stazione Tuscolana (is about 5 minutes on foot) to go to the Flumicino Airport with 8 Euros!!!!! Nice breakfast, quiet & clean room.
Funky decor, very stylish.
cinemusic was newly renovated and relatively clean.it was quiet and we had our own little piazza right outside our room. upon check in we noticed dust and dust balls on the lower shelves of the furniture and on the floor in the corners of the room. the air conditoning did not work and when they got it working it was extremely loud and inefficient. also the info spoke of being able to walk to the Colussium etc in 20 minutes more like a 20 minute 17euro cab ride...1 euro bus ride.. when questioned about this mis information the answer we got was " somtimes we don't tell all of the truth"..
Located close to train station making is easy to get from airport. Hotel is in a good area with subway station and bus stops close by. Hotel is modern and clean. Staff helpful and gave good tips.
It's a bit expensive.
This hotel has great and very helpful personel. Its also located very strategicaly close to metro and train stops. In general this is a good hotel to stay in Rome.
Standard rooms are small in size but this is something standard in rome in guess
Tourist free and quiet location a bit off the city center but incredibly convenient - 5 min. walk from the metro station (stazione Re di Roma) and from the train station (stazione Tuscolana) with the direct link to Fiumicino airport.
No downsides whatsoever.
Very nice hotel with modern design. Easy transportation from/to the airport and the center of Rome. Good area for shopping. The breakfast was ok, maybe a little dull for a long stay, good coffee.
The window of our room opens to next house's yard which made us feel a bit uneasy although we were assured that it is completely safe. The air condition was very loud especially in the morning when it started to work (automatically). The toilet door didn't close properly, which could make you feel a bit awkward.
Professional staff, english speaking, friendly and helpful.
the only thing i didnt like was that the executive room was 30 euro more expencive than the simple and the only difference was a balcony .... all the other thing was just perffect .
Good service, clealiness, new buildings with high design
The place was modern and clean, with comfy beds, and at least for us, a quiet room.
the photos on the web site tend to be slightly misleading in over-glamourising the hotel, particularly since some of them are essentially of stair case landings.
I think that this hotel is ideal for a trip to one of the most beautiful cities in the world. We were very happy with the service, the room was not lacking anything, the breakfast was great and the location was ok, near the metro to a nice neighborhood with shops and everything.
The only thing that was strange was the toilet door which was 2 sliding plastic doors and the door to the bath which was nonexistent. That was not a problem with us, a couple, but with others this could be awkward.
